Job Responsibilities:

a. Prepare a wide variety of baked goods such as pieces of bread, pastries, cakes and desserts according to recipes and standards

b. Plan and coordinate the production and decoration of all baked goods

c. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and utensils

d. Create new and exciting baked goods to renew the menu and engage the interest of customers

e. Collaborate with the executive chef and kitchen team to design and implement new menu items

f. Attend food shows and industry events to stay current with new baking trends and techniques.

1. Job Requirements:
   
   

a. Professional culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary school

b. Strong understanding of baking techniques

c. Experience working with high-volume production

d. Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools

e. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes

f. Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy bags of flour, sugar, and other ingredients.

g. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs

h. Strong organizational skills

i. Good computer skills to manage inventory and ordering supplies.
