Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to maintain high service standards.
Ensure proper display, quality, and availability of bakery products at all outlets.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with kitchen and management to maintain product supply and quality.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and task allocation for each outlet.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all outlets.
Prepare daily sales reports and report operational updates to management.
Note:
Duty Hour: 9-hour shift per day.
Candidate must supervise multiple bakery outlets.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a supervisor is required.
BHM graduates will be given high preference.
