Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning

Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance

Supervise sales, inventory, and stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock

Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints professionally

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the outlet

Train and motivate team members to meet sales and service goals

Monitor cash handling, billing, and POS operations

Implement promotional activities and assist in achieving sales targets

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods

Maintain outlet appearance, merchandising, and visual display standards
