Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Maximize profitability by monitoring sales, controlling operational costs, and improving overall efficiency.
Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high service standards and promptly resolving guest concerns.
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to build a skilled, motivated, and high-performing team.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Monitor inventory, purchasing, and stock control to minimize waste and ensure the availability of supplies.
Prepare operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
