Job Description

We're looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Outlet Attendant to manage the daily operations of our retail outlets. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while ensuring the outlet remains clean, well-stocked, and professionally maintained. The Outlet Attendant is responsible for creating a positive customer experience and ensuring smooth day-to-day outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Recommend products and answer customer inquiries.
• Process customer purchases using the billing/POS system.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash records.
• Open and close the outlet according to company procedures.
• Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
• Order, receive, verify, and properly arrange inventories 
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, food safety guidelines, and operational procedures.

  Required Qualifications

  • Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary) education preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer and POS/billing system knowledge is an advantage.
  • Honest, punctual, and responsible.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts as required.

    11:00am to 9:00pm
