1. Thoroughly understand and communicate product features and benefits to customers.

2. Demonstrate products/services and close sales through face-to-face or phone interactions.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers using multiple communication channels.

4. Handle customer objections and resolve queries effectively.

5. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery of ordered products.

6. Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment and coordinate with accounts for invoice and payment processing.

7. Use CRM tools to manage leads, customer data, and generate daily sales and collection reports.

8. Continuously improve sales skills through training and adapt to company changes positively.

9. Responsibly operate company vehicles and maintain accurate usage records.
