Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
Maintain records of shipments, costs, invoices, and operational documents.
Resolve shipment delays, documentation issues, and logistics-related problems.
Assist in obtaining quotations from suppliers and logistics partners.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and order status.
Monitor inventory and shipment schedules when required.
Prepare operational reports and updates for management.
Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Handle other operational and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree preferred (Management, Business, Logistics, or related field).
