Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across different departments and teams.

2. Monitor day-to-day tasks, schedules, and work progress to ensure activities are completed on time.

3. Coordinate with staff, suppliers, customers, and management regarding operational requirements and updates.

4. Maintain and update records, reports, schedules, inventory, and other operational documents as required.

5. Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned team to resolve them promptly.

6. Monitor stock, supplies, equipment, and other operational requirements and report shortages or issues to management.

7. Support management in implementing company policies, improving work processes, and handling other operational tasks as assigned.

   Duty Hour: 9AM - 5PM

   Working Days: 6 days a week
