Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager for Cafe at Siddhartha Business Group of Hospitality located in Kathmandu. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the 5 cafe outlets, managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and profitability.
