• Pack, label, and prepare chocolate orders neatly and correctly.

• Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness while handling chocolates, packaging materials, and orders.

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.

• Check orders before dispatch to make sure the items, quantity, and packaging are correct.

• Record customer/client orders and follow up when needed.

• Coordinate with the team to make sure orders are completed on time.

• Follow up on deliveries and make sure orders are sent out as promised.

• Check stock of chocolates, packaging materials, ingredients, and supplies.

• Independently coordinate required purchases and vendor follow-ups after taking prior approval.

• Make sure necessary materials are available on time for production, packing, and deliveries.

• Coordinate with vendors and delivery partners when required.

• Maintain basic records of orders, stock, packing materials, purchases, and dispatches.

• Support the team during busy production and order periods.

• Support Nana’s Delights stalls, farmers’ markets, events, or pop-ups when required.

Communicate politely with customers, clients, vendors, and team members.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not compulsory.

2. Some experience working in a team or coordinating/leading a small team is welcome.

3. Must be very clean, hygienic, and careful while handling food products.

4. Basic recordkeeping skills are important.

5. Basic Excel knowledge is preferred.

6. Ability to communicate in English is important.

7. Must be organized, punctual, responsible, and willing to do hands-on work.

8. Must be able to work independently and follow through on tasks.

9. Prior experience in food, bakery, chocolate, hospitality, retail, or operations will be an advantage.
