Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Maintain and update customer database, follow up on leads, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Physical Sales Support – Assist with in-store sales at the flagship showroom when required.
Customer Interaction – Handle inquiries, provide product details, and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Order Processing – Manage online orders from confirmation to fulfillment.
Logistics Coordination – Track shipments, coordinate with delivery partners, and ensure timely delivery.
Reporting & Analysis – Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and identify improvement areas.
Internal Communication – Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Note:
Duty time: 10 am to 6 pm.
Facilities: Incentive, SIM and Recharge, Dashain Bonus.
Working day: 6 day in a week.
