Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.

Involve in operational audit of different branches of hotels (inside and outside Kathmandu valley). Report to supervisor and manager.
Involve in purchase stationery & office materials and maintain stock.
Deliver and collect stock in various department & branches.
Involve in direct marketing activities: marketing material distribution, poster sticking, printing marketing material and also engage in marketing promotional activities.
Involve in account department like; bank deposit, withdrawn, bank statement acquire and other.
Collect detail, information and quotation from different vendors and suppliers.
Bills drop and payment collection.
Able to involve various utilities payment & collection activities. Like; electricity, water, telephone etc
Engage in showing and viewing of properties.
Involve in business related research activities.
