कामको विवरण

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Momo Preparation: Prepare different varieties of momos, including steamed, fried, jhol, and other menu items according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.

  2. Filling Preparation: Prepare and season meat, vegetables, and other momo fillings with the correct ingredients, taste, and consistency.

  3. Dough Preparation: Prepare, roll, and portion momo dough properly to ensure consistent size and quality.

  4. Cooking & Presentation: Steam, fry, or prepare momos according to customer orders while maintaining proper taste, texture, portion, and presentation.

  5. Food Quality & Hygiene: Maintain food freshness and quality while strictly following food safety and hygiene standards.

  6. Kitchen Cleanliness: Keep the momo preparation area, cooking equipment, utensils, and workstations clean and organized.

  7. Stock & Teamwork: Monitor ingredients and supplies, minimize food wastage, report shortages to the supervisor, and coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service team.

    Duty Hour: 9AM - 9PM
