कामको विवरण

  1. Assist in mo: mo preparation (dough, fillings, shaping, cooking)

  2. Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment

  3. Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize waste

  4. Follow standard recipes, food safety, and SOPs

  5. Support smooth kitchen operations and teamwork

  6. Operating and maintaining equipment and machines: Assisting in the proper operation of equipment and machines used in the momo making and performing periodic maintenance

  7. Collaborate with the team: Work collaboratively with others on bakery production tasks and help make the production process consistent and efficient

    Duty hours 10 hours (shift wise)
