Key Responsibilities:

1. Transports pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and lab samples safely to hospitals, clinics, and individual patients following strict temperature and handling protocols.

2. Collects cash, check, or digital payments from clients at the time of delivery while issuing accurate digital or printed receipts.

3. Verifies invoice details and cross-checks item quantities against customer orders prior to departure to ensure accurate deliveries.

4. Reconciles daily collections and submits cash, payment logs, and signed delivery notes to the finance department at the end of each shift.

5. Maintains route efficiency and adheres to strict time schedules to ensure critical medical items arrive without delay.

6. Follows HIPAA/patient privacy guidelines and standard safety procedures during all client interactions and hazardous item transfers.

7. Inspects the delivery vehicle daily, tracks mileage, and reports any necessary maintenance issues to fleet management immediately.

   Duty Hour: 8 Hours

   Working Hour: 6 Days in a week
