Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and client interaction reports to management.

Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and networking activities to increase brand visibility.

Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients.

Maintain proper documentation of client agreements and service records.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
