Job Description :

1. Lead and supervise the store team, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

2. Achieve sales goals by developing strategies and monitoring performance.

3. Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and ensuring high-quality service.

4. Manage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and organizing regular audits.

5. Oversee store presentation, including visual merchandising and promotional displays.

6. Create and manage employee schedules, handle staffing needs, and train new staff.

7. Ensure smooth daily operations, including cash handling and store procedures

8. knowledgeable about kitchen operation standard as well

9. positive attitude/good looking /smart knows how to mobilize staff on free time and busy rush hours.

   Note:

   knows about billing standard,taxation,staff scheduling,marketing importance,works with sales target and it’s imporantance,know about food cost and food waste/management and knows how to hire employees.

   staff with no aboard working and study planning.

   At least 2 years working  plan with agreement with the restaurant.
