Responsibilities:

1.Sorting and Classifying: Sort laundry by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements.

2.Loading/Unloading Machines: Load and unload washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment.

3.Operating Equipment: Operate washing machines, dryers, and ironing machines according to the manufacturer's guidelines and the establishment's procedures.

4.Stain Treatment: Identify and treat stains with appropriate cleaning agents.

5.Folding and Ironing: Fold or iron clean laundry, ensuring it is neat and presentable.

6.Inventory Management: Keep track of laundry supplies (detergents, fabric softeners, etc.) and inform management when supplies are low.

7.Record Keeping: Maintain records of laundry items processed, damaged items, and any issues encountered during the laundering process.

8.Customer Service: Interact with customers or guests when necessary, addressing their laundry needs or concerns.

9.Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on laundry machines, such as cleaning lint traps and checking for any operational issues.

10.Quality Control: Inspect all laundered items for cleanliness and ensure they meet the establishment’s standards.

11.Health and Safety: Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
