Job Description:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, cookware, and other equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, washing area, and storage areas.

• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and properly.

• Collect, wash, dry, and return kitchen items to their designated places.

• Dispose of garbage and food waste properly according to hygiene standards.

• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning, preparation, and other support duties when required.

• Follow food safety, health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
