We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and professional Cafe Manager to take overall responsibility for the daily operation and management of the cafe. The selected candidate will oversee the existing cafe team and will be responsible for improving daily operations, customer service, food and beverage quality, staff performance, cleanliness, sales, and overall cafe efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall daily operation of the cafe.
Supervise, coordinate, and support the existing cafe team.
Assign daily responsibilities and organize staff duties according to business requirements.
Monitor food and beverage quality, taste, portion size, presentation, and consistency.
Ensure customers receive efficient, friendly, and professional service.
Manage staff schedules, shifts, attendance, and daily manpower requirements.
Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and basic financial records.
Monitor inventory, stock requirements, purchasing, and wastage.
Identify operational problems and take appropriate action to improve efficiency.
Ensure the cafe maintains a welcoming, clean, and professional environment.
Take overall responsibility for the performance, organization, and smooth operation of the cafe.
Working Conditions
Duty Hours: Shift-based working hours according to the cafe operating schedule.
Working Days: 7 days a week.
