Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare gelato according to the required recipes, measurements, and calculations while maintaining consistent taste and quality.

2. Properly operate, clean, and maintain gelato-making machines and other kitchen equipment.

3. Ensure the kitchen, workstations, utensils, and all kitchen utilities are kept clean, hygienic, and well organized.

4. Clean and maintain the cold room regularly, ensuring proper hygiene and organization.

5. After completing gelato production and kitchen duties, assist coworkers in the dry-fruit section as required.

6. Check the gelato machine and related equipment after production to ensure they are clean, properly maintained, and ready for the next use.

7. Follow proper hygiene, cleanliness, food safety, and workplace procedures at all times.

8. Support the kitchen team with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

   Duty Hour: 9:30AM - 5:30PM

   Note: Training will be provided by the company. Candidates will be trained on gelato preparation, measurements and calculations, machine operation, cleaning procedures, and other job-related tasks.
