Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain accounting records and bookkeeping.

2. Prepare and file VAT returns and tax-related documents.

3. Handle bank reconciliations and financial reporting.

4. Manage accounts payable and receivable.

5. Assist in payroll processing and administrative tasks.

6. Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and suppliers.

7. Maintain office records, documentation, and correspondence.

8. Support day-to-day office administration activities.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, VAT, and taxation.

3. Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).

4. Understanding of Nepal VAT and tax regulations.

5. Strong communication and organizational skills.

6. Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and be willing to travel when required.
