Provide exceptional customer service to job seekers, assisting with inquiries and guiding them through the application process.

Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain accurate records of applicant information and application status in the database.

Assist with the creation and posting of job openings on various platforms. 

Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed.

Build rapport with job seekers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate support. Ensure compliance with relevant employment. laws and regulations

Contribute to improving the overall candidate experience through feedback and process enhancements. 

Should have the knowledge of human resource field.
