1. Greet and assist walk-in customers in the store with product information and sales.

2. Handle online customer inquiries and process sales through online platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook).

3. Manage social media accounts including content updates, responding to messages, and engaging with followers.

4. Create high-quality photos and videos of products for promotional use.

5. Develop and post TikTok videos and Instagram Reels to increase brand visibility.

6. Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the shop at all times.

7. Help with visual merchandising and display arrangement to attract customers.

8. Assist in creating and designing new jewellery concepts and ideas.

9. Monitor and restock inventory as needed.

10. Provide after-sales support and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

11. Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to better assist customers.

12. Collaborate with team members for promotional campaigns and sales strategies.

    
    

Working days: 6 days a week

Working hours : shiftwise 9am-6 pm, 11am-9 pm (1 years contract)

Daily bonus- 10% bonus on target of 10,000 sales
