Customer Service:

-Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance

- Carry out all the activities related to daily cleanliness of the store (mopping, sweeping)

- ⁠Perform any other activities as instructed by the manager

-Provide clothing items information and recommendations based on customer needs.

-Demonstrate various cloth items

-Collects payment using the store point of sale system.

-Processes returns and exchanges.

2.Sales:

-Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

-Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s POS system.

-Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

-Meet or exceed sales targets as set by the management.

3.Cloth Management:

-Ensure all clothing items, products are displayed neatly and are fully stocked..

-Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the manager.

-Keep the store clean, organized, and free of clutter.

4.Knowledge and Skills Development:

-Basic knowledge of computer, work for billing procedure

-Excellent verbal communication skills.

-Excellent active listening skills.

-Excellent sales and customer service skills.

-Extensive knowledge of the clothing item sold.

Duty hour : 10am to 7:30pm
