Customer Interaction: Greet and assist walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products/services offered to effectively guide customer choices.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and daily sales targets set by the management.

Order Processing: Handle billing, invoicing, and order entry efficiently using POS or inventory systems.

Display Management: Ensure merchandise is well-arranged, properly tagged, and displays are visually appealing.

Customer Follow-up: Maintain relationships with customers through follow-ups, feedback collection, and promotions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales area at all times.
