Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of clothing collections, fabrics, sizes, styles, and trends to guide customers effectively.

Sales Handling: Promote and upsell clothing products, meet daily/weekly sales targets, and process billing accurately.

Visual Merchandising: Arrange and display clothes in an attractive way to maximize sales and maintain store presentation.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist in restocking shelves, and report low inventory.

Customer Service: Handle customer queries, provide styling suggestions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Billing & Cash Handling: Manage sales transactions, operate POS systems, and handle cash/credit card payments.

Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor neat, clean, and organized at all times.

Team Support: Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to achieve overall sales goals.

Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report to management for improvement.
