Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals.

• Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meat, spices, sauces, and marinades.

• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion size.

• Ensure timely preparation and serving of meals according to the menu.

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, personal cleanliness, and kitchen sanitation.

• Monitor kitchen ingredients and stock levels and report shortages when required.

• Clean and safely maintain cooking equipment, utensils, and kitchen work areas.
