कामको विवरण
  1. Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and exit processes

  2. Manage recruitment for hotel operations, ensuring timely hiring of qualified talent across departments

  3. Ensure full compliance with Nepal labor laws, regulations, HR policies, and statutory requirements

  4. Prepare, manage, and maintain HR documentation, contracts, policies, SOPs, and personnel records

  5. Handle disciplinary procedures, grievance management, and employee engagement initiatives

  6. Support department heads in manpower planning, workforce productivity, and succession planning

  7. Implement HR best practices aligned with international hospitality brand standards

  8. Oversee payroll coordination, attendance systems, leave management, and statutory filings

  9. Conduct training coordination, performance appraisals, and employee development initiatives

  10. Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a positive workplace culture
