कामको विवरण

Job Description of Housekeeping Supervisor:

1. Make good relation with staffs, Client and Varosa Services.

2. Coordinate with Cient on service delivery.

3. Ensure the high quality service delivery on time.

4. Ensure adequate number of staff present at work.

5. Ensure the services delivery is adequately done as covered by the contract agreement.

6. Photo copying, fax the official document including scanning as and when needed.

7. Support in packing and dispatching both program and preposition material.

8. Support in filling binding of office documents/reports as and when needed.

9. Assist in documentation part for senior as per need.

10. Maintaining personal hygiene, proper dress and punctuality on duty is a must.

11. Do not revel or disclose any information or knowledge related to the client Organization to anyone.

12. Make sure that the documents are received and dispatched in a correct address and to the concern person.

13. Regular monitoring and cross-checking of the quality of job done by staff.

14. Ensure the quality standardization of services package are properly maintained.

15. Prepare updated staff attendance on daily basis and forward total attendance monthly to Varosa Services. 16. Arrange job division among staffs, manage job rotation, leave approval, etc.

17. Maintain staff etiquette and discipline.

18. Evaluate staff performance and recommend for reward and punishment to the HR and Operation Department.

19. Handle staff's personal issues, grievances and conflict management.

20. Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered on job.

21. Fill and submit requisition form to the Head Office Admin and logistics Department for acquiring equipments, chemicals and other materials.

22. Handle, operate and maintain machines and equipments ensure their security at site office.

23. Make good stock of materials and required item at site office.

24. Perform job responsibilities under direct supervision of HR and Operations Department, Head Office. 25. Should have two-wheeler license and vehicle.
