Minimum 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role (hospitality industry required).

 Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

 Excellent communication skills with fluency in English .

Knowledge of housekeeping equipment, cleaning chemicals, and safety procedures.

 Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and maintain high service standards.

 Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Plan, organize, and supervise housekeeping operations to ensure the property is clean, well-maintained, and presented to the highest standards.

Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to perform their duties efficiently and professionally.

Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house regularly to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.

Manage inventory and requisitions for cleaning supplies, linen, guest amenities, and uniforms

Develop and implement cleaning schedules, deep cleaning programs, and preventive maintenance plans.

Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
