Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, prepare, and cook breakfast, dinner, and other meals according to the hotel’s menu and required standards.

2. Take overall responsibility for kitchen operations, ensuring food is prepared on time and served efficiently.

3. Supervise and coordinate kitchen helpers and other food-service staff during daily operations and busy periods.

4. Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, hygiene, and food safety at all times.

5. Manage food ingredients, stock, storage, and daily kitchen supplies, ensuring proper use and minimizing wastage.

6. Coordinate closely with restaurant and service staff to ensure smooth and timely food service to guests.

7. Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the kitchen, cooking equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.

8. Report maintenance issues, shortages, or other kitchen-related concerns to management and support the overall smooth operation of the hotel.

   Note:

   Duty Hour:  

   ⁠Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM 

   Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

   3-hour break, scheduled by management.

   During peak season, staff may need to work longer hours depending on the number of guests and ⁠work after 10:00 PM will be paid as overtime according to the hotel's overtime policy.

   Working Conditions in Mustang

   • Workload may increase significantly during peak tourist and holiday seasons, requiring flexibility and extended working hours when necessary.

   • Leave during peak seasons is restricted and subject to prior management approval.

   • Staff are expected to work professionally under female leadership and maintain respect toward all management and team members.
