Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Cook at MyCabin "Cowork & Cafe" in Kathmandu. The Head Cook will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, designing menus, preparing and cooking meals, managing inventory, and ensuring kitchen sanitation and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills, Menu Planning, and Food Preparation expertise
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation protocols
• Inventory Management and Ordering skills
• Team Leadership and Supervisory experience
• Excellent Communication and Time Management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience as a Head Cook or Sous Chef is a plus
• Culinary degree or relevant certification
