Job Description:

• Plan, prepare, and supervise the preparation of a wide range of multi-cuisine dishes according to established standards.

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Develop and maintain menus, recipes, portion sizes, and food presentation standards.

• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation across all dishes.

• Monitor food inventory, control wastage, and coordinate timely procurement of ingredients.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene standards.

• Manage kitchen operations during busy service periods and ensure timely food preparation.
