  1. Greet and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way upon arrival

  2. - Ensure that all check-ins and check-outs are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfort to any guest.

  3. - Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

  4. - Overseeing VIP guests, arrivals and departures

  5. - Meet or exceed guest satisfaction goals and objectives

  6. - Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment

  7. - Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

  8. - Make reservations for guests and assist with transportation arrangements

  9. - Detailed information regarding arrivals and room requirements.

  10. - Have up to date information on daily room occupancy

  11. - Co-ordinate with housekeeping for clearing of rooms.

  12. - Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction as per hotel standards.

  13. - Follow up with guests to ensure their stay was enjoyable and address any issues

  14. - Collect Guest feedback during guest departure along with his likes and dislikes

  15. - Maintain accurate records of guest interactions

  16. - Perform basic cashier activities as and when required

  17. - Give proper and complete handover to the next shift

  18. - Follow the rules and policies laid down by the management
