Job Title: Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves crafting visually compelling graphics and multimedia content to support various marketing campaigns and company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop and implement original graphics and visual content for digital and print media, including websites, social media, brochures, and advertisements.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with our brand identity, enhancing brand awareness and consistency across all visual outputs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate messaging concepts into graphic and visual art that resonates with target audiences.
• Project Management: Manage design projects from concept through completion, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback and revisions from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and meet objectives.
• Innovation and Trends: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve quality and efficiency of design outputs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven Graphic Design Experience: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design and proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Cloud, Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects), Canva, Capcut.
• Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts, and an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients and team members.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
