Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Lead to join our team! The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our students and visitors, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth experience at our institute. If you are a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for education, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  •  Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and directing visitors to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing student records, and processing payments.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient operation of daily activities.
  • Provide information about ULCI’s courses, events, and services to prospective students and parents.
  • Handle any issues or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating them to management when necessary.
  • Train and supervise front desk staff, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Present a data backed weekly report.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
  • A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and ability to work in a team.
