कामको विवरण

  1. बिरामी तथा आगन्तुकलाई नम्रतापूर्वक स्वागत गर्ने र आवश्यक जानकारी दिने।

  2. बिरामीको दर्ता गर्ने र विवरण सही रूपमा राख्ने।

  3. परीक्षण (Test) का लागि अपोइन्टमेन्ट मिलाउने।

  4. फोन कल रिसिभ गर्ने र सेवा, समय तथा रिपोर्ट सम्बन्धी जानकारी दिने।

  5. ल्याब टेक्निसियन तथा डाक्टरसँग समन्वय गर्ने।

  6. आवश्यक परेमा भुक्तानी लिने र रसिद दिने।

  7. रिपोर्ट तयार भएपछि बिरामीलाई जानकारी दिने र वितरण गर्ने।

  8. फ्रन्ट डेस्क क्षेत्र सफा र व्यवस्थित राख्ने।

    1. Greet patients and visitors politely and guide them accordingly.

    2. Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records.

    3. Schedule and manage appointments for diagnostic tests.

    4. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services, timings, and reports.

    5. Coordinate with lab technicians and doctors for smooth workflow.

    6. Collect payments and issue receipts when required.

    7. Manage reports distribution and inform patients about report collection.

    8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
