Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
Lead, train, and motivate service staff while maintaining high standards of professionalism and hospitality.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure consistency.
Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and oversee team performance during shifts.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize waste through effective inventory control.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene, health, and safety standards while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
Note:
Duty Hour: 3 PM - 11 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
