• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and support as needed.

• Ensure that customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the assigned area.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing attendance of floor staff.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for restocking.

• Prepare daily reports on staff activities, customer issues, and overall floor performance.

• Enforce company policies and procedures among the team.

• Communicate effectively with management and other departments for seamless operations.
