  1. Greet guests, assist with seating, and ensure their needs and requests are met throughout their dining experience.

  2. Supervise and train front-of-house staff, including servers, host/hostesses, and bus persons

  3. Oversee the processing of guest checks, ensure accuracy, and handle payment disputes if they arise.

  4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as alcohol service laws..

  5. Ensure that service standards and protocols are followed by all staff members.

  6. Assign tables to servers and manage the seating plan to optimize table turnover.

  7. Handle guest complaints or special requests and ensure they are addressed promptly and professionally.

  8. Assist in creating staff schedules, taking into account peak dining times and special events.

  9. Monitor and manage inventory of front-of-house supplies, such as tableware and linens.

  10. Ensure that food and beverages are served correctly, and the dining area is clean and well-maintained.
