Plan, implement and monitor sales target achievement by working closely with the Medical Representatives of his/her territories (including multiple HQs).

Execute various sales and marketing activities planned by Market Planning Department (MPD)

Provide his/her sales force team with required resources viz, strategy, inputs, trainings, feedback etc for higher and efficient market penetration.

Support RSM in development and tracking of monthly/quarterly/annual marketing operational plans and take corrective actions as per company's goal.

To visit frequently to core customers like prescribers, stockists, chemists, institutions, FLMs, PSRs etc. to ensure smooth business relationship (cross check, exploration, improvement etc.).

Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Candidate with minimum 3 years experience in MR can apply for this position.
