कामको विवरण
Supervise Daily Operations – Oversee the smooth operation of the restaurant, lounge, bar, or F&B outlet.
Staff Supervision – Assign duties, monitor staff performance, maintain discipline, and ensure proper grooming and punctuality.
Guest Service – Ensure excellent customer service, handle guest requests and complaints professionally, and maintain guest satisfaction.
Food & Beverage Quality – Monitor food, beverage, presentation, portion size, and service standards.
Inventory & Stock Control – Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, minimize wastage, and coordinate with the store/procurement team.
Sales & Revenue – Support management in achieving daily sales targets through upselling, promotions, and effective service.
Hygiene & Safety – Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
Cash & Billing Control – Monitor billing procedures, KOT/BOT operations, cash handling, and ensure accurate settlement of guest bills.
Training & Team Coordination – Train and guide staff, conduct briefings, coordinate with kitchen/bar/management teams, and prepare shift reports.
