Food Preparation: Prepare and cook fast-food items such as burgers, sandwiches, fries, noodles, fried chicken, and other menu items according to recipes and standards.
Order Preparation: Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring timely service during busy hours.
Food Quality: Maintain consistent taste, portion size, presentation, and quality of all food items.
Ingredient Preparation: Wash, cut, marinate, portion, and organize ingredients required for daily food preparation.
Kitchen Hygiene: Keep the cooking area, workstations, utensils, and equipment clean, sanitized, and properly organized.
Stock Management: Monitor ingredients and kitchen supplies, store food properly, and report shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.
Food Safety & Teamwork: Follow food safety and hygiene standards and work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Duty Hour: 9AM - 7PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Note:
The employee is required to work 2 hours of overtime as needed, and the company will provide additional payment for the overtime hours worked.
