Proven experience as an electrician and plumber (multi-skilled technician).
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Physically fit and able to handle hands-on technical tasks.
Certification or license in electrical or plumbing work (preferred).
