About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to support our email marketing operations for global e-commerce brands.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for fast learners who want to build real skills quickly and grow into account management or leadership roles.

What You’ll Do

Email Production

• Build 20–30 email templates daily using Klaviyo

• Follow provided copy and design guidelines with speed and precision

  
  

Campaign & Flow Setup

• Create and manage automated email flows:

• Welcome series

• Abandoned cart

• Post-purchase sequences

• Assist in launching campaigns for active clients

  
  

AI-Driven Work

• Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) to improve efficiency

• Apply training to complete tasks faster and smarter

  
  

Quality Control (QA)

• Review all emails before publishing

• Ensure:

  1. All links work correctly

  2. Content matches the brief

  3. Emails render properly across devices

     
     

Growth & Development

• Continuously improve your technical and marketing skills

• Progress toward account management and leadership roles

Compensation & Growth

• Salary: NPR 30,000 – 40,000 / month

• Performance Incentives: Based on output quality and results

• Growth Potential (3–6 months): NPR 1–2 lakh / month
