Deliver products safely and on time to designated locations while ensuring proper handling during pickup and delivery.
Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer acknowledgements or proof of delivery when required.
Remain available for standby duties and perform delivery-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned scooter, and report any vehicle maintenance requirements promptly.
Follow all traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company safety guidelines at all times.
Report any delivery issues, delays, vehicle breakdowns, or customer concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a courteous, professional, and helpful attitude during deliveries.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor, Head of Department (HOD), or Management.
Note:
Duty Hour: 9 AM- 5:30 PM
Candidates must have their own valid driving license and be able to ride a scooter confidently.
Preference will be given to applicants with prior delivery experience and good knowledge of Kathmandu Valley routes.
