Job Overview:

Kunyo Gears is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Gaming Zone Customer Service Representative to ensure an excellent gaming experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling bookings, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and maintaining a welcoming environment at our gaming zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1.Greet and assist customers as they enter the gaming zone.

• 2.Provide information about gaming zone services, pricing, and promotions.

• 3.Manage customer bookings, reservations, and seating arrangements.

• 4.Assist customers in setting up gaming equipment, consoles, and accessories.

• 5.Troubleshoot minor technical issues with gaming PCs, consoles, and peripherals.

• 6.Monitor gameplay to ensure fair play and enforce gaming zone rules.

• 7.Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

• 8.Maintain cleanliness and organization of gaming stations and the overall gaming area.

• 9.Process payments and issue receipts for gaming sessions.

• 10.Assist in organizing gaming tournaments and special events.

Requirements:

• 1.Passion for gaming and familiarity with PC and console gaming.

• 2.Strong customer service and communication skills.

• 3.Basic troubleshooting knowledge for gaming PCs and consoles.

• 4.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• 5.Prior experience in customer service or a gaming-related role is a plus.

• 6.Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as per gaming zone schedules.
