Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls to take flower delivery orders and provide product/service information.
Coordinate with delivery personnel to ensure timely and accurate delivery of flower orders to customers.
Manage order tracking, updates, and resolve customer queries or complaints in a professional manner.
Enter and maintain customer orders and delivery details accurately in the system using a laptop.
Communicate effectively with internal teams (sales, delivery, and operations) to ensure smooth order processing.
Work in rotational shifts (7am–3pm or 12pm–8pm), 6 days a week, ensuring proper follow-up and customer satisfaction.
