Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Conversion: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone and online platforms to promote and sell our services.
   

2. Client Interaction: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues, to ensure a positive customer experience.
   

3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
   

4. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to our sales strategies and protocols.
   

5. Record Keeping: Accurately log all sales interactions and transactions in our database, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
   

6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and updates.
   

7. Flexibility: Be prepared to take on additional tasks or roles within the company as needed.

   
   

   Required Skills and Qualifications:
   

   1. Experience: Preferred minimum 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
      

   2. Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
      

   3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Expert in Nepalese and basic English].
      

   4. Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to persuade, negotiate, and sell products effectively.
      

   5. Customer Service: Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.
      

   6. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or a related field is a plus.
      

   7. Candidate must be fluent in Hindi.

      
      

      Additional Requirements:
      

      1. Must be based in or willing to travel to Sadtobato, Kathmandu.
         

      2. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
         

      3. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

      4. Candidates with fluent Hindi language is most preferred.
